We had an overall enjoyable time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made our stay more pleasant. The room we stayed in, although clean, could use some updates. The pool area is fantastic for relaxing, while the dining experience, especially the breakfast, was quite nice. However, we encountered unexpected charges, and the parking situation could have been clearer.
